Does the club have parking?

Yes there is limited parking in the public car park out the front of the club. This is unable to be shut for functions, however there is plenty of offstreet parking in the immediate area to the surf club.

Is there disabled parking?

Yes the club has some disabled parks out the front of the club. We also have ramp enrry to the club and a lift to assist those less able to the second floor function areas.

Is the club available for 18th and 21st birthdays?

Unfortunately, no.

Does the club hire provide crockery and dinner plates etc?

No. We have an assortment of cups for a small tea and coffee station but not enough for a function. We recommend engaging a hire company for suitable plates etc.

Can we BYO our own alcohol to functions?

No. The club's liquor licensing restrictions does not allow for BYO functions. Our bar prices are competitive, and we strive to supply a variety of drinks to cater for all tastes.

Can we hire a band or DJ?

Yes you can. The club has some industrial level power feeds and suitable spaces for bands of DJ’s. We do ask that you respect our neighbours and make sure any entertainment is aware of the “turn off” times. We also ask that any third-party entertainment etc. has suitable insurance and liability coverage.

Can we hang decorations?

Decorations, pictures, signs, banners etc may not be fixed to be any painted surfaces by any means nor fixed to glass surfaces with adhesive tape. Nothing is to be attached to any fixtures or fittings. The hirer shall not affix bills, posters, signs, decorations, bunting or draping which in any way defaces the building or premises. Nails, screws or similar fastenings are expressly prohibited. No twine, fishing line etc. may be attached to any light fitting. Open flame candles are also not permitted. The interior of the building is constructed of specially coated plywood that blue tac and such like, stains easily.
