Like all surf life saving clubs in New Zealand, South Brighton is powered by volunteers and funded by a mix of sponsors, donations, grants and government support.

Everything we do comes with significant cost — from maintaining equipment to training lifeguards, running youth programmes, and getting athletes to competitions — and as we continue to grow, so do our needs.
